Position: Strategy Development Officer – Development Research Division

JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. Participate in the development and implementation of the Strategy.

– Prepare materials, synthesize activities, improve the content of the Strategy Implementation Board

– Participate in the drafting of targets and allocate them to related units

– Review the target according to established criteria

2.General results of the implementation of strategic objectives

– Control the implementation of the strategy in accordance with the rules and requirements involved

– To periodically sum up the results of the implementation of the strategic objectives of the concerned units

– Developing reports on the implementation of the strategy, proposing improvement measures.

3. Synthesize other data analysis

– Search and analysis of market data, as the basis for the implementation of the Strategy

– Synthesize and analyze other data related to functions and duties of the department

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Age, gender:

– From 24 to 35 years old

Professional qualification:

– Graduated from regular university majoring in economics, engineering

– Foreign Language: Reading good English

Experience:

– 02 years working in the field of construction or investment 02 years in the field of procurement, construction / purchase and sale of electrical goods.

– 02 years of implementation of the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) or ISO system.

The knowledge – skills:

– Understanding the national power grid and operating principles

– Understand the procedures and investment procedures of projects under the investment law, bidding

– Logical skills and good systems thinking

– Teamwork skills and information sharing, communication

– Synthesis skills, data analysis, reporting and sample form design office.
